Kinley was requested to provide management oversight to a junior wireline service company operating a new fleet of wireline service trucks in the Marcellous shale. Kinley restructured the administration, inserted a new President and General Manager and reset the business strategy.

The team arranged investment financing, facilitated the purchase of a fleet of equipment and organized operations. The company has re-emerged as a going concern and provides ongoing wireline perforating and state of the art engineering for multistage frac jobs on the long lateral and directional wells drilled throughout the area.
