Timothy Wright

Tim is a Petroleum Engineer providing engineering expertise for conventional and unconventional oil and gas projects.  Tim is currently providing engineering oversight Coalbed LLC in Southeast Kansas, and he is managing the evaluation and exploration plans and strategy for Kinley on the Eco Oil and Gas Project - onshore Namibia.

Tim also is providing engineering management services to Tonare Energy LLC, the group’s Canadian 140,000 acre heavy oil project on Thunderchild First Nations lands. Tim has experience in reserves modeling for both conventional and unconventional oil and gas plays. His hands on experience in well drilling and completions operations make Tim a valuable member of the Kinley team.

Prior to Kinley, Tim worked for Layne Energy as lead engineer in charge of over 600 CBM wells in Kansas. His responsibilities there included oversight of reserve evaluations to SEC guidelines. He also worked for Schlumberger as a wireline engineer specializing in both open hole logging and cased hole operations.  Tim has worked in several basins throughout the USA both on and offshore.
